At Wildflower Ink Haus we love bringing custom ideas to life. Whether you want your name on one of our existing designs or you have something completely original in mind, we are ready to make it happen.

What We Can Customize

Personalized Versions of Existing Designs Want your name, a quote, a date, or a special message added to one of our existing products? Easy. This is our most popular custom option and works beautifully for gifts, wedding favors, book club sets, and birthdays.

Fully Custom Designs from Scratch Have an idea that does not exist yet? Tell us everything. We will design something completely original based on your vision. Custom designs are available for stickers, bookmarks, and tote bags.

Pricing may vary depending on complexity, quantity, and turnaround time needed. We will always give you a full quote before any work begins so there are no surprises.

How It Works

We made this process as simple and stress free as possible so you can focus on the fun part, the idea.

Step 1 — Send Us Your Idea Fill out the custom order inquiry form below or send us a message at wildflower.inkhaus@gmail.com. Tell us as much as you can:

What product you want customized
Names, dates, quotes, or any text to include
Color preferences
Any inspiration images or references
Your deadline if you have one

The more detail you give us the better your result will be!

Step 2 — We Send You a Quote Within 48 hours we will send you a full quote including pricing, production time, and shipping estimate. No hidden fees ever.

Step 3 — Deposit to Begin Once you approve the quote a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot and begin the design process. Custom orders are in high demand and your spot is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Step 4 — Proof Approval Before we make a single thing we will send you a digital proof of your design for approval. This is your chance to request changes, adjust colors, tweak wording, or anything else. We do not move forward until you are 100% happy with the proof.

Step 5 — Production Once your proof is approved we get to work! We will keep you updated throughout the process and let you know the moment your order ships.

Step 6 — Final Payment and Shipping The remaining balance is due before your order ships. Once paid your order is carefully packed and on its way to you!

Bulk and Event Orders

Planning a party, book club event, author signing, or school function? We love bulk custom orders and offer discounted pricing for larger quantities.

Send us a message with your event details, quantity needed, and deadline and we will put together a custom quote just for you.

Minimum for bulk event orders is 10 units.

Custom Order Policies

Please read before submitting your inquiry.

Deposits are non-refundable. Once we begin the design process your deposit covers that work regardless of whether the order is completed.

Custom orders are non-refundable. Because every custom order is made specifically for you we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on completed custom orders. This is why we always send a proof first.

You are responsible for proof approval. Please review your proof carefully before approving. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, names, or dates that were approved in the proof stage. Double check everything!

You must own the rights to any design you submit. If you are submitting your own artwork or logo please make sure you have the right to use it commercially.

Changes after approval may incur additional fees. Once a proof is approved and production has begun changes may not be possible. If changes are requested after approval a redesign fee may apply.

Turnaround times begin after proof approval, not after the initial inquiry.
