Because every item in our shop is handmade to order, please allow time for your order to be carefully created and packed before it ships.

Crochet Book Purses 7–14 business days
Custom / Personalized Orders 5–10 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During busy seasons, sales, or launches processing times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate any delays.

We ship from Florida via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail.

  • Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed
  • Once your order leaves our hands we cannot control postal delays
  • All orders receive a tracking number via email once shipped
  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address

🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply
  • International delivery times vary by country — typically 2–6 weeks
  • We are not responsible for packages held or delayed by customs

📎 LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and around all entry points of your home
  2. Wait 24–48 hours — USPS sometimes marks packages delivered early
  3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  4. If still unresolved after 3 business days contact us and we will do everything we can to help

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will always try our best to find a solution.


💔 DAMAGED ORDERS

We pack every order with care — but sometimes things happen in transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take a photo of the damaged item and packaging
  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email]
  • We will send a replacement or issue store credit — no questions asked

We just ask for a photo so we can improve our packaging going forward!


🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all of our products are handmade and made to order we do not accept returns. However your happiness matters to us and we will always work with you to make things right.
