📦 ORDERS & PROCESSING
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Since everything is handmade to order, please allow processing time before your order ships:
- Stickers & Bookmarks → 2–5 business days
- Tote Bags → 3–7 business days
- Crochet Book Purses → 7–14 business days
- Custom Orders → 5–10 business days
Add your shipping time on top of that and you will have your estimated arrival window!
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? A: We begin working on orders quickly so please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. After that we cannot guarantee changes can be made. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes? A: Yes! Add a note at checkout and we will include a handwritten gift message at no extra charge. Gift wrapping can be requested for a small additional fee — just send us a message!
Q: I placed two separate orders — can you combine them? A: If your orders have not yet shipped send us a message right away and we will do our best to combine them and refund any extra shipping paid.
🎨 PRODUCTS
Q: Are your stickers waterproof? A: Our stickers are printed on premium vinyl and laminated for durability — they are water resistant and can handle everyday use. We recommend avoiding prolonged submersion and dishwashers. Hand washing items with stickers applied is always best.
Q: How do I apply my stickers? A: Clean and dry your surface first. Peel slowly from the backing, apply firmly, and smooth out any bubbles from the center outward. For best results apply to a flat clean surface at room temperature.
Q: How do I use a magnetic bookmark? A: Simply open the magnetic bookmark and clip it over the page you want to mark — one magnet sits on the front of the page and one on the back. It holds securely without damaging your pages!
Q: How do I care for my crochet book purse? A: Hand wash only in cold water with a gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry — never put in the dryer. Handle with love and it will last a long time!
Q: How do I care for my tote bag? A: Turn inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. Do not iron directly over any design or puff paint area.
Q: Will colors look exactly like the photos? A: We do our best to photograph products accurately but screen colors can vary slightly from device to device. If you have specific color questions before purchasing please send us a message and we are happy to help!
✏️ CUSTOM ORDERS
Q: Do you take custom orders? A: Yes! We love custom orders. We can personalize bookmarks and stickers with names, quotes, dates, or custom designs. Send us a message through our Custom Orders page with your idea and we will get back to you with pricing and availability.
Q: How much do custom orders cost? A: Custom pricing depends on the complexity of the design. Generally:
- Name or simple text addition → $8–10
- Fully custom design → Starting at $10–20
- Custom crochet purse → Contact us for a quote
Q: Can I use my own design or logo? A: Absolutely! Send us your file in PNG or SVG format with a transparent background for best results. Please make sure you own the rights to any design you submit.
Q: Are custom orders refundable? A: Because custom orders are made specifically for you they are non-refundable. We will always share a digital proof for approval before production begins so you know exactly what you are getting.
🚚 SHIPPING
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes we ship to select international destinations! Rates are calculated at checkout. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.
Q: My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do? A: Tracking can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after the first scan. If your tracking has not moved in 5 or more business days please reach out and we will look into it for you.
Q: My package says delivered but I never received it? A: First check around your property and with neighbors. Wait 24–48 hours as USPS sometimes marks early. Then contact your local post office. If still unresolved after 3 business days contact us and we will do everything we can to help!
💛 RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy? A: Because all of our products are handmade we do not accept returns. However if something arrives damaged or incorrect we will always make it right — just contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo.
Q: What if I am not happy with my order? A: Please reach out to us before leaving a review. We genuinely want every customer to be happy and will always work with you to find a solution. Your satisfaction matters more to us than anything.
Q: Do you offer refunds? A: We offer store credit or replacements for damaged or incorrect orders. We do not offer cash refunds on change-of-mind purchases. All sale items are final sale.

Q: Do you sell wholesale? A: We are open to wholesale conversations for bookstores, gift shops, and subscription boxes! Send us an email with your business information and we will be in touch.
Q: Do you collaborate with other creators or BookTokers? A: Yes! We love collaborating with readers, reviewers, and content creators. Send us a message with your platform and following and let's talk!

Q: Where can I follow along? A: We are @wildflower.inkhaus on TikTok and Instagram. We share new releases, behind the scenes, book recommendations, restocks, and sales there first — come find us! 🌿
Q: How do I hear about restocks and new releases first? A: Sign up for our email list at the bottom of our homepage — subscribers always get first access to new drops, exclusive discounts, and early restock notifications.
